## What K01 Does

K01 provides an API-first platform for generating synthetic healthcare datasets. Users describe the patient cohort they need, and K01 generates FHIR-compatible synthetic patient records — including demographics, diagnoses, procedures, observations, and medications — in minutes rather than months of data access approvals.
